Main Responsibilities As an Experienced Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include

  • Providing exceptional patient care and support, including helping patients apply for loans, ordering testing, and scheduling with health coaches
  • Conducting phone and Zoom calls to communicate with patients and their families
  • Checking text messages and voicemails to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Selling and ordering supplements to support patient health and wellness
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with health coaches
  • Performing administrative tasks, including filling out forms and maintaining accurate records
