[Remote] Business Development Associate

They are seeking a Business Development Associate to identify and connect with broker accounts, driving new submissions that align with their underwriting goals.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Engagement: Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns
  • Drive Submissions: Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies
  • Relationship Building: Represent NIP Group with professionalism in every interaction, creating open and lasting dialogue
  • Data Mastery: Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records from lead generation efforts
  • Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Support broader marketing and sales initiatives to enhance company impact

Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence and assertiveness in conversations with clients
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience)
  • Salesforce/CRM familiarity
  • Background in insurance or financial products
