Sales Development Representative, Accounting Firm Program

Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that helps companies manage and streamline their operations. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and engage accounting firms for their registered accounting firm program across North America.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify accounting firms across North America that meet program fit criteria
• Build and maintain a prospecting pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sourcing tools
• Execute cold outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage firm owners, partners, and controllers
• Qualify prospects and book discovery demos for the accounting firm program
• Track all activity, pipeline status, and outreach history in Odoo CRM
• Refine messaging and outreach sequences based on response data
• Collaborate with program leadership to improve targeting and qualification criteria over time

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of business and accounting operations
• Knowledge landscape of software providers in different verticals
• Demonstrated ability to learn, think on your feet, and communicate effectively
• Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a 'hands-on' person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategist
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed goals through academic or extracurricular achievements
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience
• 1+ years of outbound sales experience
