[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clay is a growing company that specializes in providing a 3D virtual tour and pre-leasing platform for real estate developers. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their SDR team, focusing on booking qualified meetings with multifamily developers and operators across the country.
Responsibilities
- Work a daily call list of pre-loaded contacts at target multifamily developers
- Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to fill in missing contacts or find additional decision-makers when an account needs more coverage
- Run our talk tracks and scripts — with room to make them your own once you find your rhythm
- Book meetings directly onto our AE's calendar
- Log activity and outcomes in HubSpot so we can see what's working
- Meet weekly with the AE and founder for coaching, deal review, and feedback
- Expect ~150 dials a day with a roughly 10% connect rate, so you'll have real conversations with 15-20 decision-makers daily
Skills
- Have 1+ year of outbound calling or appointment setting under your belt (SaaS or real estate is a plus, but truly not required — we'll teach you the industry)
- Can pick up the phone all day without losing energy or composure
- Communicate clearly and don't get rattled by a tough gatekeeper
- Stay organized without someone over your shoulder
- Have used ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, Kixie, HubSpot, or similar prospecting and outreach tools (or can learn fast)
