[Remote] Community Partnership Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Good Will Community Services of America is an organization dedicated to creating educational and family-focused publications. They are seeking a Community Partnership Coordinator to expand outreach programs nationwide by establishing distribution partnerships with schools and community organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with elementary schools, fire departments, police departments, libraries, and community organizations
- Contact prospective partners through outbound phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Complete approximately 75–100 outbound calls per day to identify and secure new distribution opportunities
- Schedule and conduct Zoom presentations and virtual meetings with school administrators, public safety officials, and community leaders
- Present community programs and explain the benefits of participating as a distribution partner
- Establish signed distribution agreements with partner organizations
- Coordinate publication distribution efforts for Ambassador Company and Good Will Publishers
- Develop long-term relationships with community leaders and partner organizations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnership development
- Identify new opportunities to expand our programs into additional communities nationwide
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the company and its mission
Skills
- Energetic and relationship-focused
