[Remote] Business Development Representative

Grant Cardone Enterprises is the largest small business consulting and education company in the United States, helping entrepreneurs and organizations scale revenue through training and consulting. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to qualify leads and book appointments for Program Specialists in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Work alliance and channel partner leads generated through strategic partnerships
- Contact business owners and decision-makers to qualify interest and business fit
- Book qualified appointments for Program Specialists and senior sales executives
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and activity updates inside HubSpot
- Coordinate closely with closers to maximize appointment quality and show rates
Skills
- 1–2 years of BDR, setter, appointment-setting, or sales development experience
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
