Sales Operations Coordinator
Ally Waste Services is a fast-growing, nationally recognized premium valet trash and recycling provider. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Coordinator to support their sales team by managing vendor bills, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Auditing: Review and digest nationwide hauler invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify avoidable expenses
- Cost Mitigation: Outline avoidable charges (e.g., contamination fees, overage charges) and compare them against Ally Home data to flag and dispute errors
- Evidence Collection: Contact waste haulers to request visual evidence (photos) to dispute unverified overage or contamination fees
- CRM Data Management: Upload invoices and input highly accurate hauler configurations, rates, and customer contact details into Salesforce and Ally Home
- Data Cleanup: Audit and reconcile existing customer and vendor entries created during the sales cycle to ensure structural data integrity
- Vendor & Regulatory Liaison: Call haulers to determine waste configurations, track contract terms, and review nationwide local waste legislation and compliances
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, operations, or sales support role
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven ability to spot small discrepancies in numbers, invoices, or legal contracts
- Professional phone etiquette and strong written communication skills for negotiating with haulers and coordinating with the sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field is a plus
- Salesforce experience is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to waste management, logistics, or property management is a plus but not required
