Summize is an ambitious legal tech scale-up on a mission to enhance business efficiency with contracts. They are seeking Sales Development Representatives to be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging and qualifying opportunities to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and outreaching to target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound leads and converting interest into pipeline
- Booking discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
- Researching accounts and contacts to build targeted, personalised outreach
- Hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Working closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and approach
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Skills
- A natural communicator. You are confident, curious, and great with people
- Driven and resilient. You bounce back quickly and stay motivated
- Organised and disciplined. You manage your time and pipeline well
- Ambitious. You want to progress and are hungry to learn
- Comfortable with rejection and energised by a target-driven environment
- Some commercial or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential — we care more about attitude than experience
