[Remote] Jr. Proposal Manager

The Jr. Proposal Manager will support the development of competitive proposals for state and local government customers, assisting with proposal coordination activities and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Create proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
- Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and review proposal content
- Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Support proposal process improvements
Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or RFP management
- Familiarity with government procurement processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Qvidian, Loopio or other proposal management software skills
- Experience with government software or SaaS proposals
- APMP certification or interest in pursuing certification
