Training Solutions Executive
Chartered Insurance Institute is seeking a Training Solutions Executive to manage course administration and serve as the primary contact for trainers and customers. The role involves supporting training logistics and collaborating with the wider business to promote training offerings.
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of our course administration
- Be the trusted point of contact for our trainers, internal and external customers
- Work closely within your small team of three
- Support both regular and ad-hoc training requirements
- Collaborate with the wider business to promote the training offered by CII
- Cover the logistics of training courses (online and in person)
- Liaise with our contracted trainers
- Use your initiative and creativity to improve our internal processes
Skills
- Confidence in communication skills
- Comfortable making decisions based on experience and understanding of a framework
- Enjoy variety in daily tasks, including stakeholder management and handling databases
- Pride in meticulous coordination and administration
- Flexibility to tackle new challenges
- Comfortable using Excel to an intermediate standard (V-Lookups, formulas)
