The role involves analyzing HR data, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring accurate HR records while supporting strategic workforce initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases
- Generate HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics
- Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Monitor HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention and recruitment performance
- Assist with HR system updates, audits, and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR, payroll and talent acquisition teams
- Support employee enquiries and HR operational activities
- Document and improve HR procedures and workflows
Skills
- Recent graduates in human resources, business administration or related fields
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
