Talent Acquisition & People Operations Coordinator
Quindar builds modern software for satellite operations, helping teams operate spacecraft with greater speed, clarity, and reliability. They are seeking a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, sourcing, candidate experience, and core people operations, while ensuring a smooth recruiting process and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, professional communities, job boards, referrals, university networks, and other relevant talent channels
- Build and maintain targeted candidate lists for current and future roles, especially across technical, operational, and mission-aligned talent
- Support outbound recruiting campaigns, including candidate research, outreach drafts, response tracking, and follow-up
- Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate candidate data and keep recruiting systems organized and up to date
- Support job postings, applicant tracking, resume review workflows, and recruiting operations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing priorities
- Support the onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating logistics, preparing documentation, and helping employees get set up for success from day one
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration, including maintaining records, supporting personnel changes, and helping ensure people operations processes remain organized and compliant
- Help plan and coordinate company events, team programs, and offsites that strengthen culture, engagement, and connection across the organization
Skills
- Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, people operations, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a similar role
- Comfort identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, communities, referrals, or other sourcing channels
- Strong research, organization, and follow-through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in candidate-facing communication
- High attention to detail and discretion when working with confidential information
- Comfort using tools such as applicant tracking systems, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
- Interest in startups, aerospace, software, or mission-driven technology companies
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, product, operations, aerospace, or software roles
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, HireEZ, or similar recruiting tools
- Experience supporting outbound recruiting campaigns or onboarding processes
- Interest in building inclusive, thoughtful, and scalable people practices
