Trutech Wildlife Service is an industry-leading wildlife management company specializing in nuisance wildlife management services. They are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent customer service and resolve callers' needs efficiently, managing high-volume inbound calls and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Manage 60+ high-volume inbound customer calls daily while delivering efficient, high-quality service
- Process cancellations
- Enter data into CRM
- Create contact logs/documentation
- Schedule leads
- Projects as assigned by management
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Hybrid role with in-office training and the flexibility to work remotely after onboarding
