[Remote] Call Center Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking a Call Center Analyst to join their team. This role involves performing various tasks under supervision to support the Ombudsman Office, initially focusing on less complex assignments and progressing to full responsibilities as the incumbent gains experience.

- Ability to provide customer service experience
- Experience in a Call Center/ Phone environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong verbal and writing skills
