Client Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution
- Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support
- Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed
- Participate in team and department planning meetings
Skills
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Prior banking or financial services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under the pressure of high expectations and deadlines
- Bi-lingual is a plus
