Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone, chat, or other communication channels

- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures

- Meet performance, quality, and productivity standards
- Work independently while maintaining effective communication with support teams
Skills
- Must be located in the United States
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using new software applications
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows 11 PC required (Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported)
- USB headset and hard-wired internet connection required
- Quiet and professional home workspace
- Ability to pass a technical system compatibility check
- Previous customer service experience preferred
