Responsibilities
- Research legal challenges and settlements related to healthcare and forensic care
- Prepare written summaries to document research findings
- Maintain an organized log of cases and sources
- Communicate findings to project lead
- Participate in periodic check-in meetings as needed
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Familiarity with researching legal databases
- Must have access to legal search engines such as LexusNexus, Westlaw, etc
- Preference given to law students or others with legal background
