They are seeking a Junior Associate Disability Attorney who will represent clients in hearings and perform various legal tasks to support the disability process.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges
- Answer client questions
- Review & develop pre-hearing and hearing level cases
- Conduct legal research and write pre-hearing brief memorandums for disability hearings
- Draft appeals council briefs

- Attorney License

- Excellent Legal Writing Skills
- Ability to Travel to and from Hearings in Other Cities and States Up to 70% of the Time
