Analyst, eMail and Print Marketing - West Elm
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is the premier specialty retailer of high-quality products for the kitchen and home in the United States. They are seeking an Analyst for their West Elm Customer Relationship Marketing team to manage and optimize advertising investments across paid marketing channels, focusing on email and print marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for weekly and ad-hoc email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results, and campaign performance
- Partner cross-functionally to test all email campaign links for accuracy prior to launch
- Prepare seasonal/monthly email and print performance recaps and present to brand partners & leadership
- Assist in managing monthly financial forecast and accruals
- Execute catalog circulation and test plans, using data to identify, target, and deliver relevant messaging to key customer segments
- Partner with Customer Analytics to measure incrementality of all email + print programs, continually improving the efficiency of our investment
- Proactively work with team members, email deployment team, brand, finance, customer analytics, and external vendors
- Analyze competitive marketplace and follow Marketing trends
Skills
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in Digital, Email or E-Commerce Marketing
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong interest in Email
- Ability to lead projects proactively
- Analytical problem-solver with insatiable curiosity
- The ability to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive results
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, work on multiple projects, and be flexible
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build effective relationships within the team and with cross functional partners & vendors
- Experience with a web analytics system is a plus
