[Remote] Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inclusify Studio is the first Deaf-led influencer marketing agency, connecting brands with Deaf and hard-of-hearing creators. They are seeking a part-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
Responsibilities
- Creator outreach and relationship management across our 250+ creator network
- Campaign coordination: contracts, briefs, content review, posting schedules, reporting
- Client communication
- Reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI for each campaign
- Building and improving internal systems (Notion, Airtable, outreach trackers)
Skills
- Background in communication, PR, marketing, social media, or a related field (agency, in-house, freelance, or running your own creator/brand work all count)
- Excited to learn and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in your work
- Takes initiative without being told what to do next
- Genuinely curious about the creator economy
- Strong written communication
- Familiarity with Deaf community, ASL, or disability advocacy
- Experience with creator platforms (Modash, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ)
- Personal social media presence
- Background in DTC, beauty, or lifestyle brands
