Responsibilities

• Help clients protect their legacy and future through mortgage protection and life insurance
• Obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system
• Follow up on the family's request for more information and meet clients virtually
• Assist new agents in getting licensed and provide training on communication and sales techniques

• Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role
• Strong work ethic: You recognize the value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals
• High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
