[Remote] Customer Success Agent (080326)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SelectQuote Insurance Services is dedicated to helping customers protect their loved ones through various insurance products. They are seeking a Customer Success Agent who will engage in sales and client relations to maximize health outcomes for clients by providing tailored wellness recommendations and upselling pharmacy options.
Responsibilities
- This is a SALES production role with heavy commission and set metrics to attain
- Sales agents in this role have an engaging hybrid role that combines sales and client relations
- The goal of this position is to maximize health outcomes for clients by offering tailored wellness recommendations
- Agents in this role also upsell SelectQuote’s proprietary pharmacy options
- This agent will coordinate closely with the client, carrier, and providers
- They acquaint clients with our platform of education, coordination, and facilitation of future services, to ensure they are utilizing the best healthcare available to them
Skills
- Sales experience is strongly preferred - this could include phone sales, wireless sales, or other commission-incentivized positions
- Commission driven - Agents who do well here are driven by our uncapped commission structure and do not just settle for the hourly rate
- Ability to adjust to business needs & changes - You need to be able to commit to high-volume hours during peak season. Our agents make nearly ⅓ of their income during a 7-week period, and we need all hands on deck during this time. Schedules are dependent upon business needs
- High school diploma or the equivalent is required
- Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps
- Technology skills - We use a proprietary CRM system that requires multiple screens and an ability to manipulate multiple systems and find critical information while maintaining a conversation with the client; efficiency with Google Suite, soft phones, and multiple screens is crucial for success
