Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professional to join our Cybersecurity Team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role you will be the backbone of our Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring that every risk assessment, questionnaire, and remediation plan is accurately captured, tracked, and reported within arenaflex’s compliance platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and senior leadership to maintain the integrity of our risk data and to support the organization’s broader security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • TPRM Software Management: Operate arenaflex’s TPRM platform, entering and updating risk assessment data, vendor questionnaires, and remediation actions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Request Validation: Review incoming third‑party risk assessment requests, collaborate with business owners to confirm scope, and ensure all required information is captured before proceeding.
  • Questionnaire Coordination: Distribute due‑diligence questionnaires to internal and external stakeholders, review completed responses for completeness, and flag any gaps for follow‑up.
  • Documentation & Reporting: File findings, remediation plans, and audit evidence in arenaflex’s compliance repository; generate regular status reports for risk owners and senior management.
  • Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to risk assessments, providing clear explanations and guidance to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Track the lifecycle of third‑party engagements, update risk statuses, and ensure timely closure of open findings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, recommend enhancements to the TPRM system, and collaborate with the GRC lead on implementation.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and other regulatory frameworks by ensuring accurate data capture and evidence collection.
  • Education & Awareness: Contribute to the development of compliance communications, training materials, and awareness campaigns that reinforce a culture of security across arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in third‑party risk management, information security, or audit & compliance tracking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GRC processes, including risk assessment, control testing, and remediation tracking.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across business, legal, and IT teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical risk concepts into clear business language.
  • Experience with TPRM or GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream) is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CISSP are preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools is a plus, especially where they intersect with risk analytics.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment, managing competing priorities and flexible schedules.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to conduct both qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering concise risk summaries to senior leadership.
  • Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and staying current with emerging regulatory changes and security technologies.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy: Precision in data entry, validation, and audit‑ready documentation.
  • Risk Insight: Ability to interpret risk findings, prioritize remediation, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable navigating complex GRC tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Problem‑Solving: Resourceful in identifying root causes of data inconsistencies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive writing for risk reports, executive summaries, and training content.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in employee development. As a Data Entry Specialist you will have access to:

  • Mentorship from senior GRC leaders and cybersecurity architects.
  • Paid certifications and training programs (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001).
  • Opportunities to transition into broader GRC analyst or risk manager roles as you demonstrate mastery of the platform and processes.
  • Cross‑functional projects that expose you to cloud security, privacy engineering, and incident response.
  • Regular knowledge‑sharing sessions, webinars, and a robust internal learning portal.
