Due to internal promotion, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Organisational Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR experience who enjoys delivering an outstanding candidate experience, improving processes and building strong relationships across a business. Working closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and colleagues across the University, you'll play a key role in helping us attract, engage and hire great people. This is a fixed term contract starting as soon as possible until May 2027 working remotely (within the UK). Click to view the Talent Acquisition Coordinator job description and its associated Roles & Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will: Manage temporary and casual worker recruitment from end to end. Develop and support the contractor engagement processes ensuring compliance with internal procedures Manage and promote our employee referral programme Support Talent Acquisition Partners during periods of high recruitment activity Help improve recruitment processes, systems, communications and documentation Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and careers page updates and create engaging candidate attraction campaigns aligned to our Employee Value Proposition Produce recruitment insights and reporting to support data-driven decision making Manage Talent Acquisition finance administration, including purchase orders and supplier set-up Act as a key contact for ATS queries and supporting system optimisation Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and hiring manager training initiatives Is this you? Experience working within recruitment / talent acquisition Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and high standards of written communication Experience analysing data and producing reports A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Experience managing temporary recruitment or agency relationships (desirable) Closing date for application is Thursday 18th June 2026.
