SEO Site Manager (DACH)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-15

About the role As Paradise Media is a high-growth digital media company operating in the iGaming affiliate space, we give our team real ownership and an environment built for focus, execution, and performance. As an SEO Manager you will own and scale multiple high-value sites across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for SEO performance, where your decisions directly impact rankings, traffic, revenue, and long-term site value. This role can be 100% remote. German language is required. Roles & Responsibilities: Own SEO performance across assigned sites, from strategy through execution and iteration. Orchestrate AI-driven SEO workflows using our internal tooling to scale output and insight. Define and prioritise SEO initiatives based on commercial impact, effort, and risk. Lead keyword strategy, site architecture, internal linking, and on-page optimisation at scale. Define search intent frameworks and page strategies across multiple sites. Oversee technical SEO in collaboration with developers, including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site migrations. Monitor rankings, traffic, and revenue performance, and take corrective action when results deviate. Investigate performance drops related to algorithm updates, technical issues, or competitive shifts. Collaborate with AI Integration Specialists to improve and extend SEO automation and tooling. Mentor junior SEO team members, review output, and raise overall execution quality. Partner with product, tech, and leadership teams on roadmap planning and prioritisation. Requirements: Fluent German. Comfortable using CLI-based AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) or able to learn quickly. 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with clear ownership of results. Proven experience managing and scaling competitive websites. Strong technical SEO foundation (indexation, crawling, site architecture, performance). Experience working with large sites, programmatic pages, or multi-site portfolios. Able to balance speed, quality, and risk in execution and decision-making. Systems-oriented thinker who prefers repeatable processes over ad-hoc fixes. Strong operator mindset with attention to detail and leverage. Comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. Our Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Apply To This Job
