PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME AND AUDIO RECORDING IN ENGLISH Front Desk Patient Coordinator 🆔 Job ID: SANDEE1 🏢 Industry: Medical Front Desk 🌎 Location: LATAM preferred 🕒 Job Status: Part Time – 20 Hours per week ⏰ Work Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 3 pm to 7 pm, Friday 3 pm to 6 pm, plus 5 flexible hours on Tuesday and Thursday (starting between 11 am and 3 pm PT) 💰 Salary: $8 to $10 per hour 🚀 Target Start Date: ASAP ROLE OVERVIEW About the Client: The client is a physical therapy clinic with a single practicing therapist focused on delivering personalized care to patients in a high touch environment. The clinic operates with a strong emphasis on patient retention, consistent attendance, and quality of care outcomes. Patients are often managing pain or recovery and require continuous guidance and motivation to stay engaged in their treatment plan. The clinic also offers treatment packages that are not always covered by insurance, which requires clear communication and trust building. The environment is fast paced, service oriented, and highly focused on patient experience and conversion. About the Role: This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, patient scheduling, and overall patient experience while also supporting sales oriented conversations to ensure patients remain engaged and committed to their treatment plans. The coordinator will handle scheduling, follow ups, and communication with both new and existing patients to reduce cancellations and improve attendance rates. In addition, the role includes explaining treatment value and supporting the conversion of patients into ongoing care plans and additional service packages. The position also includes administrative support such as collecting payments at the time of service and maintaining accurate records using Google tools and internal systems. This is a part time role requiring consistency, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Scheduling and Coordination Schedule new and existing patient appointments Manage calendar coordination and rescheduling needs Follow up with patients who cancel or miss appointments Patient Engagement and Retention Communicate with patients to improve attendance and reduce cancellations Re engage patients who are at risk of dropping treatment Maintain ongoing communication to support treatment continuity Sales and Treatment Package Support Explain the value of physical therapy and treatment plans to patients Support conversion of patients into ongoing care packages Communicate clearly about additional non insurance covered services Administrative and Payment Collection Collect patient payments at time of service Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and related tools Support basic administrative workflows as needed Communication and Support Respond to patient inquiries from phone, email, and web forms Provide clear and professional communication at all times Coordinate with internal clinical staff as needed Qualifications & Skills Must Have Experience using Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Drive Strong communication skills in English Comfortable with patient facing communication and sales oriented conversations Ability to manage scheduling and multitasking in a fast paced environment Availability for part time schedule including afternoon hours in Pacific Time Preferred Spanish bilingual ability Experience in medical clinic or physical therapy environment Familiarity with insurance verification processes Experience using Canva or similar design tools Exposure to CRM or EMR systems with willingness to learn new platforms Personality Traits Bubbly and engaging communication style Charismatic and persuasive in a respectful way Empathetic and patient focused mindset Organized and detail oriented Proactive and comfortable taking initiative Apply To This Job
