Overview

The Payroll Specialist will oversee and manage the successful weekly/biweekly processing of several multi-state payrolls. Provides support and training on payroll software and time keeping systems to Hotel staff. This is a remote position. Job Responsibilities: Ensures that weekly/biweekly payrolls are processed accurately and timely. Trains and assists properties with the payroll process and weekly approvals. Processes off cycle checks, reversals and voids. Audits and reconciles payroll data. Performs Ad hoc reporting as necessary. Performs any other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Workday experience preferred. Hospitality experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. Knowledge of Federal and State wage & hour and tax laws. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shared service environment. Experience with 401K, garnishments, health care deductions and PTO accruals. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Sharp analytical skills with the ability to identify "why" Ability to comfortably speak in front of others. Self-driven with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

Salary Range: $67,000.00 - $69,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? No
