We are a nationwide wholesale insurance company based in Rocklin, California and are looking for a Business Development Associate who will be responsible for helping develop business by educating customers on products, by uncovering customer’s needs and providing product solutions. This position is 100% remote. BTIS is an Amynta Group company.The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network of agents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering heavy call volume on phone queue, responding to live chats, providing standard information, completing forms within guidelines and meeting or exceeding department metrics for call handling and quality. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Handles a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats; responds to and resolves customer issues in a timely fashion. Assists consumers by providing highest level of customer service; remains professional and polite at all times. Attends to clients’ needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items. Label workflows for effective documentation management. Serves as a mentor to new hires or other staff, which may include providing direction and training. Performs other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment required; additional office or customer-facing experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus Demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and a high level of integrity Strong telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to read, understand, and interpret information accurately Proficient in computer and data entry skills, including experience with web-based systems and software applications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, effective time management, and solid interpersonal skills Able to multitask efficiently in a dual-screen environment while maintaining attention to detail and following instructions Understanding of call center metrics, including call handling and quality standards Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment Maintains a professional presence and consistently represents the company in a positive manner Remote-ready: able to work independently in a home-based environment with reliable internet, minimal distractions, and strong accountability PAY RANGE $19 -$23 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
