Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard and train new sales agents
- Train, coach, and mentor team members
- Develop and manage sales pipelines
- Lead team meetings and performance reviews
- Support agents in achieving production goals
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Sales, leadership, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
