Track 1: Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you become the face and voice of some of the world's most recognized brands.   • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications — Engage with customers via phone calls, live chat, email, or other digital channels to address their questions, concerns, and needs with warmth and professionalism.
  • Navigate complex call flows with confidence — Use guided call flow tools and your own sound judgment to diagnose customer issues, provide accurate solutions, and escalate when necessary — all while keeping the customer's experience front and center.

  • Close deals and drive revenue growth — Leverage your persuasion skills and product knowledge to successfully close sales across B2B and B2C contexts, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Master prospecting, negotiation, and presentation — Develop and refine a full-cycle sales skill set, from identifying promising leads and qualifying opportunities to crafting compelling presentations and negotiating win-win outcomes.
