- Engage Directly with Pet Parents: Connect with customers through multiple channels to assist them with a wide range of inquiries, from helping them find the perfect product for their new puppy, kitten, or senior pet, to locating that special treat their dog goes crazy for, or troubleshooting a delivery issue that didn't go as planned.
- Investigate, Analyze, and Solve: Research each customer situation thoroughly to determine the most appropriate resolution. Think proactively, anticipate follow-up needs, and schedule callbacks or check-ins as necessary to ensure complete contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
