- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct deep‑dive analyses on large data sets to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Workflow Mapping: Document current state workflows, model complex processes, and pinpoint bottlenecks or inefficiencies for targeted improvement.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and operations—to gather requirements, validate findings, and drive consensus on action plans.
- Change Enablement: Translate analytical insights into concrete, measurable initiatives; champion adoption of new tools and practices across the organization.
- Metrics Definition & Governance: Define, refine, and maintain a robust set of key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
- Continuous Improvement: Lead iterative feedback loops, incorporating user input to enhance dashboard usability and data reliability.
- Technical Excellence: Write efficient, well‑documented SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, and validation; ensure data integrity across pipelines.
