About arenaflex – Pioneering Remote Customer Support

At arenaflex, we believe that exceptional customer experiences can be delivered from anywhere in the world. As a leader in the virtual support industry, we partner with a diverse portfolio of brands—from cruise lines and roadside assistance providers to tax‑service platforms and family entertainment companies. Our rapid growth has created a demand for more than 2,000 dedicated agents who share a “bend‑over‑backward for you” mindset. Whether you’re helping a family secure a magical Disney vacation, assisting a stranded motorist, or navigating a complex tax portal, you’ll be part of a professional, family‑oriented community that values autonomy, respect, and continuous learning.

Role Overview – Virtual Customer Support Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and reliable individuals to join arenaflex as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a full‑time, independent‑contractor opportunity that offers a minimum of 40 hours per week (or a part‑time option of 25–40 hours). You will work from your own home office, using a computer, headset, and high‑speed internet to provide inbound phone, video, and chat support across a variety of client‑specific scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all required training modules and obtain certifications specific to each client vertical.
  • Deliver courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to customers via phone, video calls, and live chat.
  • Guide customers through complex processes such as travel bookings, roadside assistance coordination, tax‑website navigation, and Disney reservation management.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor that reflects arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, ensuring you meet the minimum weekly commitment and any peak‑demand coverage needs.
  • Document interactions in the client’s CRM system with clear, concise notes.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing quality‑assurance reviews and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Uphold data security and privacy standards in all communications.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Minimum age of 18 years and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Professional, upbeat personality with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, equipped with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high‑speed internet.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, technology verification, and voice assessment.
  • Strong typing proficiency (minimum 40 wpm) and computer literacy.
  • Access to a smartphone for system verification and occasional mobile‑based tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call‑center, or hospitality role.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms, roadside assistance software, tax‑preparation portals, or entertainment reservation systems.
  • Experience working remotely and managing one’s own schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume call environments while maintaining composure.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a distinct advantage.

  • RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
