- Payroll Processing: Execute end‑to‑end payroll for assigned APAC countries using arenaflex’s third‑party payroll provider.
- Expense Management: Process weekly expense reports through arenaflex’s host‑to‑host integration, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Data Maintenance: Enter, verify, and update employee records, new hires, terminations, and payroll changes in arenaflex’s HR system.
- Compliance & Reporting: Validate payroll inputs against statutory requirements, generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, and support tax filings.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries via arenaflex’s ticketing system, delivering clear and courteous assistance.
- Collaboration: Partner with finance, HR, and regional teams in the Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Australia, and India to align processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Documentation & Audits: Maintain accurate documentation for new‑hire paperwork, audit trails, and payroll provider settlements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and adopt best practices across the APAC payroll function.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on payroll or accounting experience in a BPO or shared‑services environment.
- Demonstrated experience processing payroll for APAC regions, specifically Korea, Australia, and India.
- Strong knowledge of APAC statutory payroll regulations, tax obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with arenaflex’s HR and payroll platforms (formerly known as Workday) and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional APAC language proficiency is a plus.
