Position Overview – Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice and the listening ear for patients, providers, and insurance partners. - Process payment authorizations and verify insurance eligibility when required.
- Utilize Windows‑based desktop applications, CRM platforms, and knowledge bases to retrieve information quickly.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or GED; additional education in health administration or related fields is a plus.
- At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
- Proficient typing speed of 25 words per minute or higher.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
