On a typical day, you will engage the model with business scenarios, analytical and situational questions, and strategy-based exercises; evaluate logical consistency and real-world applicability; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality. You may also help identify where models oversimplify business processes or misunderstand how organizations operate in practice. A background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable, and entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
