Founder Associate – Strategy, Fundraising & Operations (Equity-Only | Co-Founder Opportunity)

We are a stealth-mode startup, currently in the process of building our MVP and not yet operational. We are looking for a Founder Associate who will work directly with the founder on team building, fundraising preparation, and operations. This is a pure equity-only role at a very early stage. This role is specifically for someone who wants to become a co-founder. It offers a clear and direct opportunity to transition into a co-founder role based on performance, ownership, persistence, and long-term commitment. This opportunity is well suited for someone straight out of college or early in their career who wants real responsibility, ownership, and first-hand experience building a startup from zero.
