Position Overview

The Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex is a critical role that bridges customer communication with our massive data ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with product managers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and incremental product releases.
  • Proven track record in customer service or data entry roles, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
