About the Role

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Global Equity Consultant to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most recognized brands while making a significant impact in our equity administration function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring accuracy in stock plan administration processes.

This remote position offers competitive compensation of $25 per hour, along with the flexibility of working from anywhere in Montana, USA. You will be an integral part of our global equity team, responsible for managing complex stock plans, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our equity administration function. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
  • Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards
  • Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities
  • Ensuring accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of equity transactions
  • Researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
  • Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
  • Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Reviewing and maintaining equity administration procedures and documentation
  • Performing other equity plan administration tasks as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role at arenaflex, you should meet the following qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or related field
  • Experience with a variety of stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and procedures quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday experience particularly valuable)
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of equity accounting principles and regulations
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to equity plans
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting systems
  • Certification in stock plan administration (e.g., CEPS, CEPF) or related field
