Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Property & Casualty at arenaflex, you will be the front line of our insurance sales and service operations. You will engage customers via phone, chat, or email, helping them understand coverage options, process new or amended policies, and ensure each interaction reflects the high‑quality experience our brand promises. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Discovery: Actively listen, ask probing questions, and identify the unique insurance needs of each prospect.
  • Product Consultation: Explain plan options, coverages, and pricing in clear, jargon‑free language, tailoring recommendations to fit the customer’s risk profile and budget.
  • Policy Administration: Accurately process new enrollments, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
  • Experience Delivery: Ensure every interaction is authentic, courteous, and solution‑focused, leaving customers with a positive impression of both the insurer and arenaflex.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the P&C portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular coaching sessions, share best practices, and suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in at least one U.S. state.
  • U.S. residency or a valid U.S. mailing address.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional post‑secondary education or certifications in insurance, sales, or related fields are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly desirable and eligible for a language differential.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and web‑based communication tools.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related inside‑sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team setting.
