Primary Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm, professional manner whether they interact with you via phone, chat, email, or video.

  • Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and work diligently to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.

Transaction Processing & Cash Handling

  • Accurately register sales transactions on designated point-of-sale systems, ensuring all data is entered correctly and efficiently.
  • Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital payment transactions with precision and integrity.
  • Process voids, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delayed orders as needed, always following established company procedures.
  • Issue receipts, distribute change, and confirm all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain strict compliance with arenaflex asset protection procedures to identify and minimize potential loss.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising Support

  • Maintain a working knowledge of all products, services, and current promotions offered by arenaflex.
  • Recommend complementary or upgrade items to customers in a consultative, non-pushy manner.
  • Support merchandising initiatives by understanding product placement strategies, promotional displays, seasonal setups, and clearance organization.
  • Participate in resets, updates, and visual presentation improvements as directed by leadership.
  • Follow proper product rotation procedures, including the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method for perishable and dated goods.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure full compliance with all state and local regulations regarding controlled products, including age-restricted items.
  • Assist with proper separation and storage of food items in accordance with arenaflex health and safety policies.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with colleagues across all departments and levels of the organization.
  • Complete all assigned training modules, professional development programs, and certifications within designated timelines.

Digital & Specialty Service Support

  • Provide customer support in the photo services area, including digital photo printing, custom banner creation, and promotional photo product inquiries.
  • Process online orders, including monitoring incoming orders, picking items, and coordinating delivery or pickup arrangements.
  • Assist with both interior and exterior presentation standards to ensure arenaflex locations—both physical and digital—maintain a clean, organized, and inviting appearance.

Additional Duties

  • Take on special projects and assignments as directed by supervisors or members of the leadership team.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Stay informed about company news, product launches, and policy updates.
