As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that passengers feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their travel journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for passengers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering warm, professional, and solution-oriented service.
  • Guide customers through the ticketing and check-in process, ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with seat assignments, boarding procedures, gate information, and flight routing questions.

  • Support baggage-related inquiries, including tracking, claims, and general policy guidance.
