Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain data models that support VoC analytics, ensuring they are optimized for both batch and real‑time processing.
• Pipeline Development: Build end‑to‑end data ingestion pipelines using Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Hive, and Python to collect survey responses, chat transcripts, and other customer interaction data.
• Collaboration with Product & Engineering Teams: Partner closely with product owners, business analysts, and agile development squads to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy regulations.

Essential Qualifications
