Why This Role Matters

As an Operations and Customer Service Coordinator within the Property vertical, you will be the connective tissue that ensures every aerial mission— from planning to delivery—runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Mission Planning & Execution: Partner with the Operations team to meticulously schedule and launch drone missions, guaranteeing data integrity and on‑time delivery.
  • Customer & Contractor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third‑party contractors, navigating logistical challenges and ensuring safe, efficient field operations.
  • Field Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent field projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues while maintaining transparent communication with customers.
  • Pilot Coordination: Assign and coordinate pilots for each flight, monitoring progress to meet strict timelines and quality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Apply a solid understanding of drone capabilities, airspace regulations, and standard operating procedures to keep every mission compliant.
  • Real‑Time Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot on‑the‑fly challenges, ensuring that deliverables meet arenaflex’s high‑quality benchmarks.
  • Ad‑Hoc Support: Provide timely assistance to pilots and customers, answering inquiries with professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Software Platform Mastery: Become proficient with arenaflex’s proprietary software tools, facilitating seamless project execution and swift problem‑solving.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management, Quality Assurance, and other internal teams to optimize workflows and swiftly address any operational bottlenecks.
  • Reporting & Insight Generation: Deliver regular updates to the Operations Manager, highlighting trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify procedural gaps and recommend innovative solutions that boost efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other tasks assigned by leadership that support the broader goals of arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in fast‑paced environments such as logistics, customer service, hospitality, or transactional operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects independently while thriving in collaborative team settings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of adapting to shifting priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong remote‑work coordination abilities, including effective use of digital communication tools.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in the drone industry; prior exposure to drone operations or related technology is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Hands‑on experience operating or supporting drone missions, including familiarity with FAA Part 107 regulations or equivalent international standards.
