Remote Sr. AI Product Manager

Location : Remote (CST or EST preferred) Duration : 6-month contract (Perm possible, but not guaranteed) Day to Day Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join one of their healthcare client’s teams. This person will play a critical role in shaping how AI opportunities are identified, evaluated, and operationalized across a leading healthcare and research institution. This individual will serve as the front door for AI across the organization — partnering directly with business, clinical, and research stakeholders to define high-value AI use cases, standardize intake processes, and translate ambiguous ideas into actionable product direction. This is a highly visible, high-impact role focused on bringing structure to early-stage AI initiatives and ensuring the organization is investing in the right AI opportunities Must Have

  • 7+ years of enterprise product management experien

ce within complex, matrixed organization

  • nsProven ability t

o lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholde rs and translate loosely defined needs into clear, structured product input

  • Demonstrated experience working i

n early-stage or ambiguous environmen ts, bringing clarity, prioritization, and forward momentum

  • Stron

g AI literacy , including:

  • Understanding of AI/ML and LLM-based application lifecycles (use case definition, feasibility, deployment considerations, governance).
  • Ability t

o evaluate and shape AI use cas es without needing to engineer solutions

  • Experience working wit

h cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) and a general understanding of modern data/AI architecture

  • Familiarity wit

h enterprise data and AI ecosystems (Databricks or similar preference)

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to act as

a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders

  • Strong ability t

o bridge business needs and technical feasibili ty, especially in emerging AI initiatives Nice to Have:

  • sesHealthcare or life sciences experience (hospital, academic medical center, or research environment)
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, research governance, data privacy)
  • Exposure to AI governance frameworks or intake/prioritization models
