Treasury Services Analyst I
Credit Union Central of Manitoba is the trade association and service provider for the province's credit unions. They are seeking a Treasury Services Analyst I to support the Treasury Services Department in managing a fixed income investment portfolio, including forecasting daily cash requirements and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Treasury Services Department in the management of a fixed income investment portfolio
- Forecasting credit union system's daily cash requirement
- Preparing and verifying recurring reports
Skills
- A post-secondary degree with focus in Math, Economics or Finance
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Highly organized with a strong mathematical aptitude and high degree of accuracy
- Basic level of accounting
- Experience in VBA macro writing would be an asset
- 1-2 years working experience (including prior Co-op placement) in a similar position would be an asset
- Enrolment in the CFA program is considered an asset
