[Remote] Project Manager, AI-Enabled Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Managementanagement

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through innovative solutions. The Project Manager, AI-Enabled Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Management will focus on designing and implementing AI-driven workflows and change management practices to enhance project execution and commercial transformation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and running experimentation cycles to improve how project work gets done
• Building and deploying AI-enabled project workflows (Copilot, automation, agent-based processes)
• Scaling agentic project management capabilities across teams
• Driving adoption through embedded change enablement (behavior-focused, not theory-heavy)
• Operating as a connector across Commercial Excellence and business functions
• Support planning, execution, adoption and measurement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Commercial Excellence team
• Managing projects of various scopes, budgets and duration lengths in an agile manner to produce desired results and business impact

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (completed prior to start)
• Highschool/ GED and 1 year project management work experience
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or Copilot solutions
• Strong problem-structuring and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Experience with MS Power Apps, and other workflow tools
• Certifications (PMP, Agile, AI, Lean Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of the Innovator's Method
• Change Management Certification
