This enables Pexapark to provide a market consensus view on otherwise non-transparent contracts. As a result, both new entrants and experienced players trust Pexapark to connect the dots across every stage of clean energy commercialization – from pre-transaction analysis, to price negotiation, to post-transaction performance and exposure management. Founded in 2017 by power traders, Pexapark has facilitated over 40,000 megawatts of transactions and currently serves more than 250 customers across Europe and the US. The Role As Head of Origination Advisory for Pexapark US, you will advise our platform subscribers, including major renewable energy companies and investors, on PPA and BESS strategy, from deal sourcing and structuring through to negotiation and close. You will be the senior commercial voice of Pexapark in the US market, helping to grow our client base in a market where Pexapark is still establishing its name. Pexapark is the leading PPA advisory platform in Europe, having supported over 40,000 MW of projects. This role brings that depth of expertise to the US market, with the scope to build something significant from a strong foundation.

What You Will Do

Lead day-to-day origination, structuring, and negotiation of PPA and BESS optimization agreements through to completion, leveraging Pexapark’s software to evaluate complex contract structures Build and maintain the network of market participants that underpins Pexapark’s US price polling, including developers, corporate offtakers, utilities, and BESS optimizers Conduct commercial due diligence on PPA contracts and draft term sheets Deliver engaging presentations to clients and prospects, provide training through our academies, and actively participate in internal and external events Help develop the skills, knowledge, and industry relationships of other team members What You Will Bring At least five years of hands-on experience in origination, trading, or investment in renewable energy or power optimization A demonstrable track record of closing PPA or BESS transactions, with the commercial instincts to navigate complex negotiations Deep knowledge of PPAs and BESS, with confidence reviewing, improving, and negotiating contracts A strong network on both the buy-side and sell-side of wholesale power markets, particularly ERCOT, PJM, and MISO Comfortable operating with autonomy in a growing market, with the ability to adapt to client and business needs Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear recommendations Experience developing others, whether through formal management or informal mentorship A good sense of humor
