As a Workforce Management Specialist, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference in the world of customer service. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join our Amazon Customer Service WFM team. This is a remote, part-time position offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour. The role requires flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day. As a Workforce Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze service levels, call volumes, and customer inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Create accurate forecasts and schedules that align with business needs
  • Collaborate with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Train new employees on workforce management processes and tools
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure that customer service representatives are adequately staffed during peak times Essential Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with workforce management software and tools, such as forecasting and scheduling systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Amazon's customer service operations and policies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Certification in workforce management or a related field Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
