Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of applications;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors;
  • Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements;
  • Document processes and procedures for future reference;
  • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality;
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of new applications or updates;
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
